Refund Policy

At Aspen & Pine Event Co., we take pride in providing exceptional wedding coordination and event planning services. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Deposits and Payments

  • All deposits made to secure our services are non-refundable. This is because we begin working on your event as soon as a deposit is received.

  • Full or partial payments made in advance for services may be eligible for a refund under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel our services 60 days or more before the scheduled event date, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  • If you cancel our services less than 60 days before the event date, no refunds will be issued, as planning and coordination work will have been significantly completed.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to Aspenandpineevents@gmail.com

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

  • Any payments made will be transferred to the rescheduled event date if it falls within one year of the original event date.

  • If we are unable to accommodate the rescheduled date, the cancellation policy will apply.

4. Service Modifications

  • If you wish to modify your service package after booking, additional fees may apply depending on the level of work already completed.

  • Refunds will not be issued for services removed from a package after payment has been made.

5. Force Majeure

  • If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your or our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we will work with you to reschedule or offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

6. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Aspen and Pine Event Co.
