Aspen & Pine is a Washington-based wedding planning and design company created for couples who want something personal, thoughtful, and a little outside of what is expected. The goal is not to create a wedding that simply looks beautiful. It is to create a celebration that feels natural, connected, and completely like you.
The best weddings are not the ones where every moment looks perfect. They are the ones where you feel comfortable, cared for, and fully present with the people you love. Your priorities, relationships, and experience will always come before trends or expectations.
Planning should feel collaborative, clear, and supportive. I believe in honest guidance, realistic expectations, respectful vendor relationships, and making decisions with intention. You will always know where things stand and feel supported through every part of the process.
The Pacific Northwest is more than a backdrop. It is often part of the story. I’m drawn to celebrations that work with their surroundings and feel connected to the landscape, whether that means a quiet beach, a forest gathering, a garden dinner, or somewhere completely unexpected.

I didn’t create Aspen & Pine to plan the same wedding over and over again. I created it for couples who want their day to feel personal, thoughtful, and connected to the place where it happens. The Pacific Northwest is a huge part of what inspires me, but the heart of this work will always be the people and the story behind the celebration.
I’m Nicole, the owner and lead planner behind Aspen & Pine. I love taking the ideas in your head and turning them into something beautiful, organized, and completely doable.
Beyond the timelines
Thrifting, antiquing, garage saling, or convincing myself that the Facebook Marketplace find I just discovered is absolutely worth the drive.
A good road trip. I was born and raised in Washington, but I’m forever finding somewhere new to explore.
I married my husband at Ruby Beach in 2023 with 30 of our favorite people. Having a micro wedding of my own is a huge part of why intimate celebrations mean so much to me.
Opie, my Jack Russell and Chihuahua mix. She is my little shadow and will always be the real love of my life. Just don’t tell my husband!
I’m not much of a coffee or tea person, but you will almost always find me with a Diet Coke or Coke Zero nearby.
