Editorial | Tacoma, Washington

Lauren New Photography brought me the original vision for this playful, Cupid-inspired shoot and found its setting at the newly opened theBindery in downtown Tacoma.

​

I helped develop the tablescape vision, sourced the rentals needed to bring it together, and handled the table setup and styling on the day of the shoot. I also worked closely with Annie of By the Wild Floral to ensure the florals, rentals, and tabletop details complemented one another and brought Lauren’s original concept together as one cohesive design.

Jessika Christine Photo came to me with the original vision for a celebration filled with bold color, playful details, and modern romance. My role was to take that vision and figure out how to bring it to life.

​

I sourced Fox Hollow Farm as the setting, helped source the rentals, designed the tablescape, and provided styling support on the day of the shoot. The finished design brought vibrant color into the garden setting while still allowing the beauty of the venue to feel like part of the story.

Elopement Editorial & Photographer Retreat | Washington

​

Created by Aspen & Pine from the ground up, this riverside elopement began with an original concept and grew into a fully designed experience at Letter M House. I developed the creative direction, curated the wardrobe, sourced the rentals and tabletop details, and styled each part of the setting.

​

I worked closely with Cymbidia to shape the floral vision, which Ashtyn brought beautifully to life. In collaboration with Elissa Purdin Photo, the editorial became a creative retreat where we hosted photographers and invited them to capture the full experience.

Wedding Day Management | Lakewood, Washington

When Madi and Kash unexpectedly needed a new coordinator just four weeks before their wedding, I stepped in to bring everything across the finish line. Madi had already thoughtfully designed the celebration, and my role was to learn her plans, coordinate the final details, and make sure everything came together as she envisioned.

​

On the wedding day, I styled the reception tables, managed the timeline and vendor team, and kept everything moving smoothly so Madi and Kash could be fully present for their celebration.

Wedding Day Management | Seattle, Washington

I joined this October wedding to help tie together the final details and carry the couple’s plans through the wedding day. I assisted with setting and styling the reception space, coordinated the timeline and vendor team, and made sure the celebration continued to run smoothly.

 

When a major storm caused power outages throughout Seattle and exposed leaks in the temporary covering, I stayed focused, identified each problem area, and worked with the venue team to keep guests comfortable and the evening moving forward.

A Weekend at the Tierra Retreat Center

Partial Planning | Leavenworth, Washington

​

This celebration unfolded across an entire weekend at Tierra Retreat Center. I stepped in through partial planning to help bring together the final details and make sure each part of the weekend felt connected and thoughtfully organized.

​

The festivities began Friday with a welcome party, where I ensured the space and final details were ready for guests. On Saturday, I styled the outdoor amphitheater with draping and floral placement before coordinating the wedding day from beginning to end. The weekend wrapped up Sunday with a farewell breakfast, giving the couple one more chance to gather with their favorite people.
